She will spearhead growth, lead the strategy for bringing new product lines to market, expanding into new categories and expanding into international markets. Krithika is passionate about creating and growing consumer brands and her vision is to make Plix the largest plant-based nutrition and wellness brand in the world.
Krithika has over a decade of leadership experience at renowned consumer technology and strategy consulting firms such as Bain and Company, Google, and Tata Trent. She is a multiple award-winning business leader with experience in strategy consulting, e-commerce, retail, and media and entertainment. In her last role, she led marketing at Zee Entertainment Enterprises as senior vice president of the flagship brand / channel.

Krithika’s ability to create and develop consumer brands is evident in her professional background. At Tata Trent Ltd, she led E-commerce P&L, Marketing, Digital, and Insights & Analytics for the largest companies in the Trent fashion store chain – Westside and Landmark. At Bain & Company, she defined and implemented digital transformation strategies for large Fortune 500 companies in the consumer products and retail industries.
Krithika is an active lecturer / lecturer in various IIMs and Level 1B schools across India. She has been an active member of the DCI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) council in Zee. Krithika is a Gold Medalist in English Literature and Economics from the University of Delhi. She holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore and was an exchange student for the Global Network for Advanced Management at the Yale School of Management, USA. Outside of work, Krithika is an avid reader, enthusiastic traveler who enjoys exploring new cultures and meeting new people and is an active parent of two children.
