GoTo Partner Network Support Updates MSP, SMB

The GoTo Partner Network will also launch a new Partner Concierge Program.

MSP SUMMIT/CHANNEL PARTNERS LEADERSHIP SUMMIT — GoTo (booth 107 and featured sponsor) is launching updates to its GoTo Partner Network.

The enterprise communications and IT support platform now includes a new GoTo Resolve offering designed for MSPs. Additionally, the product provides streamlined sales and demand generation support for all partners through its new Partner Concierge Program. GoTo has designed the offerings specifically to address channel partners’ most pressing challenges. They also aim to enable organizations to simplify setup and day-to-day operations, grow their business, and securely serve SMBs.

The company made the announcement in conjunction with this week’s MSP Summit and Channel Partner Leadership Summit in Orlando.

GoTo Resolve for MSPs enables them to meet the evolving needs of SMBs with frictionless, fast and flexible support, the company said. The solution provides MSP-specific account administration and reporting features, Professional Services Automation (PSA) integrations, and modern Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM). This includes GoTo’s remote support tools to support and troubleshoot customer IT assets. A Zero Trust security architecture within an RMM solution also supports GoTo Resolve for MSPs. This protects MSPs and their customers from increasingly prevalent software supply chain attacks.

“I don’t think we talk about it enough. Everything we’ve done at GoTo is built on a zero-trust security approach,” Day said. “It became very beneficial for us as an organization in terms of how we deployed it internally.”

Regarding enabling MSPs in the GoTo Resolve platform, Day said GoTo designed the specialized offering based on feedback from MSP partners. As a result, GoTo provides them with the tools they need to simplify workloads. Plus, they streamline the support experience for customers.

“It will be a huge growth driver for us in the years to come and we look forward to bringing much needed functionality and support to the market,” he said.

The new offering includes everything from remote monitoring and management to endpoint protection software.

A “white glove” approach for partners

To further enhance the Partner experience, the GoTo Partner Network will launch a new Partner Concierge Program. It will provide additional investments and resources to generate higher demand and sales for all partner organizations. This program offers tailored, co-branded and targeted digital marketing campaigns based on a partner’s unique audience. It also maximizes exposure to potential customers and brings in new qualified leads, GoTo said. A dedicated partner concierge resource at GoTo helps members optimize planning, execution and administration throughout the campaign.

“The Partner Concierge Program is something we’ve been working on for many months to get it right,” Day said. “We know that in the current economic situation, more and more partners are looking for ways to stimulate demand.”
